She is recognized by her clients for her strategic insight and ability to turn that into practical outcomes. <p>Adam Wilinski is an Associate Vice President at North Highland. Adam brings over 15 years of experience enabling commercial and public sector clients to transform their operations, workforce, and customer experience by optimizing the use of technology and data. Adam specializes in transportation where he has fostered relationships with leaders at the country’s largest transit, DOT, tolling and airport providers. Adam identifies the unique needs of his clients and connects them to the people and capabilities within North Highland to meet those needs. Adam began his career as a consultant with Capgemini serving in such roles as Customer Experience Senior Strategist and Business Process Re-engineering Lead before transitioning into the Business Development. Adam has worked for North Highland since 2016 where he leads our Business Development efforts within transportation.</p>

<p>Beth has significant experience across both management consulting and the Transport Industry having worked with Transport for London, UK Department for Transport, Network Rail, and High Speed 2. With a focus on driving growth across Rail and Urban Transit authorities, her expertise includes client relationship management, team development, partnering, and organisational transformation to enhance reliability, improve efficiency, and build lasting organisational capability.</p>

<p>Mark has a passion for infrastructure, especially transport. Working both as Client and Consultant, Mark has direct experience of managing complex infrastructure portfolios with expertise in asset management, data &amp; analytics, and strategy. Mark is recognized for his ability to bring together stakeholders to focus on collective goals and tangible results, essential for regulated industries such as transport.</p>
